"I give Sarah a 5 star rating. When I first began working with Sarah, I was experiencing difficulties with balance and flexibility. As a new retiree, I wanted to be able to play on the floor with my great-nieces easily and without pain. I also wanted to be able to get back up from the floor without assistance and with some level of grace. I was 62 years old and worried that my play days were over. Well, Sarah, with a combination of Senior and Restorative Yoga not only helped me realize my goals, but helped me improve my overall balance, flexibility and core strength. Sarah is so pleasant to be around. She quickly adapts movements when needed, and is very encouraging. She is knowledgeable about anatomy and can patiently explain movements, poses, and their purpose.
